He also wrote two books – The American Boulangerie and La Boulange – Café Cooking at Home.

David Gurlé is Symphony’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer. A prominent thought leader and visionary, he has extensive experience in IP communications and authored international standards and books on IP telephony.
